I specialised in Remedial Education<\/strong> and have been a part of the Thinking School team at Forres for the past 7 years<\/strong>, where the emphasis is on teaching brain-based methodologies<\/strong> and study skills<\/strong>, enabling children\u00a0to think creatively and constructively and so prepare them for the 21st<\/sup> century.<\/p>\n

I have taught all subjects, including art, from pre-school to Grade 6 and my particular focus is on teaching study skills<\/strong> and helping children\u00a0who are struggling<\/strong> with certain aspects of the curriculum, in order for them\u00a0to re-gain confidence<\/strong> and succeed in the classroom situation.<\/p>\n

St. Joseph\u2019s College<\/strong> \u2013 Cape Town (Grade 1)<\/p>\n

Forres Preparatory School<\/strong> \u2013 Cape Town (Grade 6)<\/p>\n

Jowell Jewish Day School School<\/strong> \u2013 Cape Town (Grade 5 and HOD of I Phase)<\/p>\n
